Essentials covers everyday client, project and task management, creative versions, internal review and manual meeting notes, for up to five active clients and ten active projects. Plus raises those limits to 25 clients and 100 projects and adds email and meeting assistance, resource planning, time tracking, project budgets, client invoicing and agency roles.
Annual billing is our standard price: $20 per person / month for Essentials and $50 for Plus, paid 12 months upfront. Monthly billing costs 10% more, in exchange for the flexibility. Team discounts apply either way. Enterprise terms are agreed separately.
Every seat is billed at the rate for your team size: 5% off from 10 people, 10% off from 50 people, 15% off from 100 people, and 20% off from 250 people. For example, 60 people on Essentials cost $1,080 a month, billed annually. Teams of more than 500 work with us on an Enterprise plan.
A seat is one person with their own user account. Client and project limits apply to the whole workspace, not per seat, and include active project and retainer work. Adding seats does not increase those limits. If you need more capacity, Plus or Enterprise may suit you better, and we can talk it through in your walkthrough.
Plus and Enterprise include client invoicing: create invoices from approved time, milestones or retainer schedules, issue numbered PDF invoices and record payments as they arrive. Online payment collection is coming soon. Essentials does not include client invoicing.
